Move Your Inner Body
Qi gong&tai chi tao, Ademsessie, Mindfulness
Traditional Chinese medicine promotes a balanced way of living to allow the natural flow of our life force Qi, blood and other substances in our physical and energy body. Lack of physical activity and mental stress could lead to imbalance and blockages in our body and mind causing depression and illness.
Please join me in practicing taoist qigong and daoyin exercises aimed at promoting the natural flow of Qi through key meridians to calm our spirit, clear our mind. improve our energy level and immune system.
Standing meditation (zhanzhuang) will nurture more focus and stillness in body&mind allowing you to deeply sense your inner body. Standing quietly and attentively without distraction from physical movement will help condition ourselves to open up and free our body from inner blockages.
Eight Brocates Daoyin (Baduanjin) is a taoist set of 8 stretching exercises based on daoyin principles, which can be practiced both sitting and standing. Literally, daoyin means ‘steering Qi and guiding the body’. Every exercise is intended to create more openness, space, and flow in specific Qi flow areas (meridians) and body parts.
Wudang Qigong is a series of 10 taoist exercises that teaches us to actively move Qi through our energy body based on taoist principles. The qigong exercises apply intention, focus, and breathing to guide the Qi flow in our body and bring more peace and clarity in our heart, as well as physical and emotional resilience.
