Hello world! Let me introduce myself to you.
I'm Carla, a passionate Dutch certified yoga and meditation instructor. With my background in fitness as a personal trainer & Pilates teacher I have all the tools & ingredients to develop the perfect class or workout adapted to your needs & goals in life.
My yoga journey started 15 years ago when I was traveling. I attended yoga classes at the most beautiful places all over the world. Back home I started my Kundalini Yoga education and my love for teaching was born.
I'm a fulltime yoga teacher for 5 years and always busy with growing personally and in my work. I teach multiple styles of Yoga; Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Power, Kundalini & Yin Yoga. I teach classic pilates & core training with material. I can built work-out programs for losing weight, muscle gain and becoming fit and let you reach your goals.
I organize teambuilding sessions with partner/group yoga, dancing, work-out couple and group exercises. The best and healthy teambuilding!
I love dancing, connecting & traveling. I organizes worldwide retreats to bring people together to connect, grow and relax. Let's have the best inner journey together.
Skills: Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Personal fitness trainer, teambuilding, body work (with dance, tantra, mindfulness, breathing sessions & silent walks), coaching, retreats & therapie.
My goal for my students is creating a healthier and happier lifestyle.
These days a lot of people are struggling with depressions, burn outs, stress and “old ‘pain”. I'll let you connect again with your body. Making the mind-body connection so you can release tension and make your body and mind strong.
When you are closer to yourself you can feel better who you are and what you need, set boundaries, make healthy choices and set priorities. My sessions are mainly aimed at letting go and making contact. Connect with yourself and the other participants. By letting go you become lighter in your head, heart and body. You will experience less pain due to stored tension and you can handle more.
I'll create a safe space where you can release and recharge again.
Release: letting go of stress, fear, insecurity, tiredness, sadness, anger, conditioning and everything that no longer serves you.
I work with yoga asana’s for stress release and inner peace, guided meditation for better sleep/insomnia/ADHD, breathing sessions, tantra, coaching in healthy life style.
Recharge: all about new energy, new possibility’s, balance your life, making your body strong and healthy again.
I will be happy to work with you setting your goals to live and create your best life.
