Let us gather together and take a plunge into our Heart. Let's connect deeply with its energy through the Cacao Ceremony and healing sounds. In our ceremony we will work with the wild Beniano cacao from Bolivia that is characterised by deep, earthy tones with subtle nutty notes. These beans still grow in their natural habitat and are carefully harvested by local cooperatives. We will take you on a gentle journey to the depth of your heart and your whole body supported by drums and beautiful music. The initial effect of the Cacao, a gentle warmth spreading through the body, will be accentuated by music and movement.
In the second part of the workshop we will allow the soothing sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments to guide you through all the sensations you will experience in your body and mind. The gentle sounds and vibrations will take you on a journey within.
IMPORTANT! Please take a note of contraindications for consuming the ceremonial cacao.
