Breathwork
It’s amazing what we can do when we have awareness of our breath. Breathwork has been used for centuries in several kinds of cultures. The last few years it’s becoming mainstream. And for a good reason! Modern science has embraced. Breathwork as a very powerful way to improve your immune system. You can reduce stress and pain, improve sleep, and even release trauma.
Ice Training:
The cold is something you want to avoid, because it’s uncomfortable. If you can make friends with the cold, you will awake the warrior inside you. Taking an Ice Bath will reduce stress, inflammation and it will help you produce more happiness hormones. Don’t avoid it, sink into it! I will guide you through this process.
Meditation:
Meditation is focusing on being mindful of the present to promote awareness and cultivate wellbeing and reduce stress and anxiety. It can be practiced almost anywhere and requires no special tools or set up. There are several scientifically proven benefits such as controlling anxiety, promoting emotional health, lengthening attention span, can help fight addictions and improve sleep. Within this guided meditation you will have the chance to experience how it is for you instead of telling why it’s good!
Yang Yin Yoga:
Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are held longer to work on the connective tissues and the joints in the body. This is combined with a more traditional flow that develops muscular strengths and stamina. This practice combines the soft and the strong side of the body, bringing the darkness and the light into balance. This is a great way to energize the body and experience deep relaxation and awareness in the body.
We look forward to seeing you there!
